3. Access to the Platform

4. User Registration

4.3. Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
5. Obligations of Exhibitors
5.1. Exhibitors commit to providing accurate information about their business, products, and services.
5.2. Content displayed on virtual booths must comply with applicable laws (intellectual property rights, data protection, etc.).
5.3. Exhibitors are responsible for interactions with visitors and for the information they share.
6. Obligations of Visitors
6.1. Visitors agree to use the Platform respectfully and refrain from disrupting exchanges between exhibitors and other users.
6.2. Information collected during exchanges with exhibitors may not be used for unauthorized purposes.
7. Platform Features
7.1. Virtual Booths: Exhibitors can create personalized spaces to showcase their products and services.
7.2. Video Conferencing: Exhibitors can interact with visitors through live video calls.
7.3. Documents and Resources: Exhibitors can share documents, which visitors can download.
7.4. Statistics: Exhibitors have access to data regarding visitor traffic and engagement.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content, designs, and graphical elements on the Platform are the exclusive property of Remotexpo (Selinec).
8.2. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior authorization.
9. Personal Data Protection
9.1. Information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
10. Liability
10.1. The Platform cannot be held responsible for interactions between users or for content shared by exhibitors.
10.2. In the event of technical issues, we commit to restoring the service as quickly as possible.
11. Modification of the T&Cs
11.1. Remotexpo (Selintec) reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed of changes via a notice published on the Platform.
11.2. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Termination
12.1. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
12.2. Remotexpo (Selintec) reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in cases of non-compliance with these T&Cs.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts.
